All audio/video equipment and staging and any other event requirements will be arranged by Appling Manor event planners at competitive pricing.

Smoke-free Facility
For the comfort of our guests, Appling Manor is a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building. This policy is strictly enforced.

Room Rent and Deposits
The entire room rent and an executed contract are required to secure an event date. Events cancelled at least 6 months prior to event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 6 months remaining until the event date will forfeit deposits.

Alcoholic Beverages
At Appling Manor you may provide your own alcoholic beverages and pay only pouring and corkage fees.
