Q. How long do we get the facility for a Saturday night wedding reception.
A. Rental fees cover a four-hour event. We allow up to three hours prior to your reception for deliveries and decorating (cakes, flowers, etc.).

Q. What is included in the room rent?
A. Rental fees include tables, chairs, dance floor, china, stemware, flatware, skirted buffet, cake and gift tables and wood-tone beverage bars. An additional fee may apply for Head Tables. Our staff will set up, break down and clean the ballroom following your reception.

Q. Is there an extra charge if I have my ceremony and my reception both at Appling Manor?
A. Typically there is no additional rental fee. However, if significant resetting is required following your ceremony, a nominal fee may apply.

Q. May we bring our own caterer?
A. Appling Manor's food service must provide all food and beverage, with the exception of wedding cakes, which we will cut and serve for you, and alcoholic beverages.

Q. Can we change or add on to your menus?
A. Absolutely. We are happy to mix and match menus or start from scratch to design a menu unique to you.

Q. If we have our ceremony at Appling Manor, do we have a rehearsal time?
A. Yes. As most couples like to have the rehearsal the night before the wedding, we will plan on an hour to do so, at no charge. However, if another client wishes to book an event at Appling Manor for the time you would like to have your rehearsal, we will call you and discuss your options.
